We are now at 80+ degree weather and all of the winter clothes have been put away. I always love a nice summer dress, but having at least one romper in my wardrobe is a must for me. They’re perfect for windier days and make getting dressed in the morning that much easier. I have spent many shopping days searching for the perfect one and finally found it!
This black romper is from ASOS and is from the brand Dr Denim. I loved how comfortable it looked and that if I wanted to, I can dress it up with some heeled sandals. It is more on the oversized side, but with the tied waist it’s easy to adjust to your body. It has pockets, which is also major bonus for me. And the best part about this romper is the open back detail. Paired with a lace bralette from Aerie, it helps me stay cool on summer days while giving a much needed extra detail to the simple romper. Sadly this romper is sold out, although I’ll still link it here so you can watch to see if it comes back in stock. I’ll also link some other rompers I’ve been eyeing linked at the end of the post!
For days where I have to carry larger items like my laptop with me, I always reach for my Glossier tote bag. This tote bag comes with their phase 1 set and is perfect for every day. I have always love their slogan “skin is in” and it’s a nice detail to the black bag. If I don’t want the saying to show I simply turn the bag around and I have a plain black tote as well! My sandals are these flat sandals by Steve Madden in this light grey color. They’re a nice change from the black sandals I usually wear during spring and summer.
And that is a look at my favorite romper! I’m a lover of open back clothing, so it will definitely becoming a staple in my wardrobe this season.
Let me know if you’re a fan of rompers, and what your favorite style of romper is!
