February Round Up + OOTD 2018

March is almost here which means closer to spring weather and spring break. January felt like the longest month ever, and I guess to balance that out February had to go by so quick! It was a lovely month filled with a few warmer days, a new blog series, and the usual- trying to balance it all. So without further ado, here is a look at the month of February!

Behind The Instagram: What You Don’t See – I decided to start this new blog series showing a look at what you don’t see from my Instagram photos, and I’m so glad I did! It’s received such a positive reaction and I look forward to creating more of them soon.

It’s been a bit of a Target love fest this month!

Who What Wear Spring Collection

I believe last year is when Target came out with the Who What Wear clothing line and I’m so glad they did. I’ve only ever loved a few of their pieces over the year, but their new spring collection is my favorite one yet. The dress I’m wearing which I’ll talk about a little later is from their spring line, and I loved it so much I got in a polka dot pattern too. I also picked up a blouse in the same pattern as this dress. What I love is the whole line is super affordable and everything is made well and looks amazing.

Project 62 Home Decor

As I’m sure most of you know by now I am a huge lover of home decor. And with the changing of the seasons I often like to change a few pieces in my room to give it a new feel. One of my favorite places to buy home decor is Target, and I’ve been loving their new line called Project 62. It has a mid century modern vibe and most of their items are for a good price. Although I’m still picking between a few pieces, I know I’ll be getting these adorable plant wall hangers and this cute hi pillow. Once I get everything I’ll definitely be doing a video on my YouTube channel showing it all, so be sure to subscribe if you want to see that.

I am almost half way done with my last semester of college and I could not be happier. Although I’ll miss it, I’m so excited to finally be working towards more goals of mine. Luckily half way through is spring break, which I’m so lucky to be able to take a mini trip to the beach. I also plan to hopefully be uploading more over on Youtube these next few months since I love creating videos.

This floral dress is one of my favorite dresses in my wardrobe now. As I said earlier it’s from Who What Wear at Target, and I feel it fits me so well. It has pockets which is always a bonus for me, and since it’s cotton it’s extremely comfortable. The midi length means I don’t have to worry about it blowing up in the wind, which is always a major fear of mine when I wear dresses. Since the pattern is so beautiful I decided to let it speak for itself and not wear any accessories besides my usual earrings. These sandals are from the brand EuroSoft at DSW and they feel like I’m wearing sneakers. The only thing I’m not too much in love with is I do have to tie them every time I wear them, but the style and comfort is worth it.

And that is a look at February! I’m excited to create more in the month of March, and I’d love to know one of your favorite moments from this past month!

  2. This dress looks absolutely stunning on you – I love the bold floral pattern and the length is perfect too! Sounds like you had a great February – sadly mine was filled with lots of drama but I had a great time with family and got all of my prelim results too (which I’m delighted with)!!
