One of the biggest steps towards being more positive is changing the way you think, especially about yourself. Just like with anything in life, as humans we tend to love what’s new and pick apart the things that have been around for awhile, or in this case, ourselves. We forget that we are works in progress.
I’ll be 100% honest and say that positive thinking is not always easy, it takes lots of work, and it’s been something I’ve been struggling with a bit more lately. But I have found that telling yourself positive affirmations each day, whether it’s first thing in the morning or just when you need it, really does make a difference.
